As we paused and celebrated Thanksgiving last week, candidly, I imagine we may have spent more time than usual in reflection.
During last fall’s strategic planning sessions, who among us could have forecasted 2020? There simply wasn’t a script for this year!
For me, I’ve continued to grow even more familiar with the need to double down on the fundamentals: Prepare. Be well-positioned for new opportunities. Stay nimble and ready to shift.

Acknowledging the uncertainties of 2020, we have found ourselves delivering our best in ways we did not imagine possible.
